John Surtees’ Honda RA301 fronting Jo Siffert’s Lotus 49–Ford and Bruce Mclaren’s M7A at the May 12th, 1968 Spanish Grand Prix (Jarama, Spain). A Gearbox problem would retire Surtees on lap 74. Graham Hill’s Lotus–Ford took the victory.
