Watching and photographing the F-35, one couldn't help see at times vapor surrounding the plane and especially a vapor trail generating from the plane's wing. The answer can be very detailed, but simply if the weather conditions are right (the ambient humidity high) and there is a decrease in pressure and temperature as the wing created lift, condensation is what you are observing.
